Project Overview
Located in “El Ibrahimia” area of Alexandria, one of the most prestigious areas, near the Faculty of Engineering, this project is the result of collaboration between several companies: Diwan Real Estate, Baron Royal Company, and Al-Fayed Company. The project consists of 11 floors, including 2 basement floors for parking, a ground floor for commercial shops, three administrative floors (offices and clinics), and several residential floors.
