عن الشركة
الديوان مجموعة شركات الديوان هي جزء من الشركة الهندسية للمقاولات و الشركة الهندسية للمشروعات المتكاملة بخبرة أكثر من 40 عام في مجال المقاولات. حيث تتكون من الديوان العقارية، ـ شركة توصية بسيطة ـ تأسست عام 2012 ، وشركة الديوان للمقاولات ، ـ شركة ذات مسؤلية محدودة – تأسست عام 2019
بالإضافة إلى شركة الديوان لتنظيم المعارض والفاعليات التي تأسست عام 2017 بمملكة الأمارات العربية المتحدة بالشارقة.
تأسست “الديوان” على يد نخبة من خبراء التخطيط العقاري الذين شاركوا في مشروعات ضخمة بالأسكندرية مثل جاردينيا وسيتي لايت وعملوا بجانب الحكومة وقطاع الأعمال في إنشاء وتطوير أهم المدن السكنية.
